FACET-CLIPBOARD selected for Defense Innovation Award

Honolulu - Premier Solutions HI LLC announced that the company’s FACET-CLIPBoard mobile logistics technology has been named a 2020 Innovation Awardee by TechConnect.

The FACET system, already used across the Navy Fleet for audit compliance, now includes the award-winning CLIPBoard — a secure mobile-phone based app designed to streamline receiving and inventory operations for military users.

“We are honored to be selected for a Defense Innovation Award, and even prouder that the FACET-CLIPBoard technology is being used to make the jobs of our warfighters easier,” said Rob Hardisty, senior vice president of Premier Solutions HI.

FACET-CLIPBoard was developed in Hawaii with funding from the Naval Supply Systems Command’s Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program, and is currently being rolled out on select Pacific Fleet vessel through a Navy Phase III SBIR contract.

Premier Solutions HI will be exhibiting along with other Hawaii-based companies as part of the Hawaii Technology Development Corporation’s Innovate Hawaii showcase at the 2020 Virtual TechConnect Summit. The TechConnect Defense Innovation awards represent the top 15% of submissions as chosen by the selection commitee.
