SeaPort Next Generation (NxG) is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ), multiple-award contract (MAC) designed to support the Department of the Navy's procurement requests for Engineering Services and Program Management in 23 functional areas.

All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using SeaPort, the Navy's electronic platform. The Seaport-NxG portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from 1,870 contract holders - a diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members.

Experience and Capabilities

Our SeaPort-NxG team comprises experts from PSHI and our subcontractors, Orion and System Edge.

The team developed its depth and breadth of capabilities over the years of support our subcontractors provided to NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR and the Warfare Centers within the U.S. Navy. This work encompasses a long-term partnership with NAVSEA and includes the design, manufacture, deployment, training, maintenance, and modernization of many of the systems used by the Fleet today.

Quality Assurance

Premier Solutions is committed to delivering the highest levels of quality and compliance through innovative solutions, excellent service and continuous improvement.

Consistently, we ensure the right resources are in place to implement, maintain and improve our quality management system. PSHI uses an established set of standards and processes to evaluate deliverables across all engagements, to minimize areas of risk, and to improve quality management and operations.

In support of these objectives, we:

  • Conduct internal quality audits of staff performance and TO teams
  • Ensure quality control by proactively establishing quality measures with subcontractors
  • Conduct process analysis

Though PSHI’s quality manager is responsible for managing the quality program overall, team members at every level play a role in delivering PSHI’s high-quality services and solutions.
